Private dining questions
From your first inquiry to the signed agreement, the events team helps confirm the room, menu and arrangements for your occasion.
Groups of 7 or more should use the event inquiry form and dine from a family-style prix-fixe menu. Private rooms generally require a guarantee of at least 20 guests. Smaller groups generally use the main dining room; the events team confirms the space and arrangement for your party.
One private-room option seats approximately 43 guests, depending on layout and service. This describes that room option, not the entire restaurant or a full buyout. Share your seated or standing format and guest count with the team to confirm the specific room, layout and capacity.
Your event is confirmed once the contract is signed and the required deposit has been successfully processed. An inquiry, proposal or unsigned contract does not secure the booking. Any courtesy hold must be confirmed in writing by the events team and may expire.
The deposit amount is set out in your proposal or contract and is credited toward the final bill. It is non-refundable unless the written contract says otherwise. Review your agreement for cancellation deadlines, other charges and the guaranteed guest count before signing.
Private rooms have music capabilities and smart TVs. Coordinate presentations, playlists, files and adapters with the events team, and confirm the equipment and any technical fees for your room. Personalized menus may be available with advance notice and approved artwork.
Decorations and setup arrangements require advance approval from the events team. Sei Less does not allow outside photographers or videographers. Ask the team about any other photography needs, and confirm approved vendors, delivery and removal times before making arrangements.
