Allen Ma
Allen Ma is the Executive Chef of Sei Less in New York. His culinary career spans more than a decade, including experience with the Waldorf Astoria and Sheraton Hotels.
A graduate of the Guangdong Culinary Institute, Allen combines traditional Asian cooking with modern techniques, including molecular gastronomy. His approach brings familiar flavors into a contemporary dining experience while celebrating the creativity of modern Chinese cuisine.
Beyond the menu, Allen leads culinary teams and mentors emerging chefs, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of ideas in the kitchen.
